Author Guidelines

Instructions for Prospective Writers of the Elementary School (Jurnal Pendidikan dan Pembelajaran Ke-SD-an

Elementary School publishes scientific writings from literature as well as research results in the scope of elementary education and learning.
Articles submitted must be original works that have not been published or are being submitted for publication in other journals.
Articles submitted have never been presented in scientific forums (seminars) at local, national and international levels.
The writing is typed in Indonesian with Times New Roman letters measuring 12 pts, spaced 1 with 3 cm margins on all sides on one A4 size face in a two-column format other than abstract. The length of the article is a maximum of 15 pages, sent in the form of a print out of three copies along with the docx format file on a CD or sent via email setyoekoatmojo@yahoo.co.id.
Mathematics writing articles of thought results (literature review) consists of Title, Author Name (without title), abstract, introduction, discussion, closing, bibliography. Mathematics writing articles results of the study consisted of the title, author's name (without title), abstract, introduction, method, results and discussion, closing, bibliography.
Title
The title is written briefly and densely, a maximum of 14 words and must reflect the contents of the article.

Writer's name
The author's name is written without a title, it can be individual or team (all author names are included).

Author's office and address
Author's origin agency, email address, cellphone number which is located under the author's name.

Abstract
Written in Indonesian and English a maximum of 150 words written in paragraphs that contain the purpose, method, results of the study are accompanied by keywords that reflect the contents of the article.

Keywords
Written under abstract with one line distance. Keywords are words that reflect the essence of the content and scope of the problem, consisting of several words / terms.

Introduction
Contains background, problems, goals, and literature review.

Method
Contains the approach, method or method used.

Results and Discussion
Contains the results of the research and discussion of the results rather than reading the data.

Conclusion
Contains the conclusions of the research results.

Bibliography
It is sought from primary sources published in the last 10 years and only lists the sources referred to in the article (article). The name referred to in the article must be in the bibliography or vice versa. Writing the bibliography follows the 2010 American Psycological Assocation (APA) model.

Tables and images are numbered from the earliest, a maximum of 12 images and a table of one article. The table is written with horizontal lines without vertical lines. The title of the image and table are written on tables and images, typed from the left edge.
Articles received by editors will be selected anonymously by a sustainable partner. The possibility of the article being sent has three possibilities:
Accepted without revision
Received with repairs
Denied (rejected articles are not returned unless requested by the author).

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
