PROGRAM KEMITRAAN MASYARAKAT UNTUK SOSIALISASI PROGRAM DIGITALISASI UMKM DI WILAYAH JAKARTA PUSAT

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) merupakan paradigma baru dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang betujuan untuk mengembangkan usaha dimasyarakat yang produktif secara ekonomi untuk meningkatkan kinerja usahanya melalui program digitalisasi UMKM. Sosialisasi ProgramDigitalisasi ini mengambil studi kasus Usaha Kecil Menengah di wilayah Jakarta Pusat. Permasalahan yang dihadapi kedua UMKM mitra tersebut adalah keterbatasan pengetahuan UMKM tentang model bisnis berbasis digital dan praktik digitalisasi menggunakan platform digital. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan program ini meliputi edukasi dan penyuluhan tentang manajemen bisnis, pengenalan, dan praktik penggunaan platform digital untuk digitalisasi UMKM. Hasil program sosialisasi kepada kedua mitra UMKM tersebut menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman inovasi model bisnis dan praktik digitalisasi dalam kinerja bisnisnya. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini telah memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dan berkelanjutan terhadap Program Digitalisasi UMKM pemerintah, terutama di masa pandemi Covid-19 saat ini.
