PENDAMPINGAN PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI UNTUK MENDUKUNG KEBERLANJUTAN USAHA PARE ENGLISH COURSE DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19

Pandemi covid 19 telah berdampak pada aspek kehidupan termasuk bidang pendidikan. Pare English Course (PEC) merupakan salah satul lembaga yang mengalami kesulitan dalam mempertahankan keberlangsungan usahanya. Hal ini dikarenakan turunnya jumlah siswa dan masih minimnya penerapan sistem di lembaga tersebut. Permasalahannya yaitu akuntansi, pemasaran dan metode pendidikan. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu tahap awal, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap pendampingan. Setelah tahapan tersebut selesai, hasil pendampingan dari pengabdian ini yaitu PEC sudah bisa melakukan pencatatan dan pelaporan yang sederhana baik secara manual dan sistem, PEC sudah bisa membuat desain yang lebih menarik untuk di pasarkan melalui media online, dan PEC sudah mulai menggunakan sistem metode pembelajaran secara daring dengan menggukan aplikasi seperti zoom, cloud x dan google classroom. Maka dari itu, pengelolaan keuangan PEC lebih baik, jumlah siswa mengalami peningkatan dan metode pembelajaran jadi lebih efektif dan efisien.
