Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) play a significant role in the economic development of Indonesia. Many MSMEs still conduct financial transactions and prepare financial reports manually, making them prone to errors. This study aims to assist in the development of an accounting information system using Odoo-based ERP at Rumah Makan Gubug Mang Dikin. The research employs a qualitative method focusing on the description of data or facts by collecting data through observation, interviews, and document analysis. This approach aims to describe the actual conditions and identify system needs that can be addressed with Odoo-based ERP. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of an accounting system with Odoo-based ERP provides significant benefits, particularly in the point of sale and accounting areas, enhancing the operational effectiveness of MSMEs, accelerating administrative processes, and generating accurate data that is automated by the system. This data can be used as a reference for making precise decisions for MSMEs. This enables MSMEs to manage resources effectively and make more informative decisions, potentially improving performance and competitiveness.
