Abstract

Business competition in small and medium enterprises is emerging in all sectors, so business innovation is often carried out to increase market share. Many SME business processes are still manual and face various operational obstacles. To reduce problems and increase efficiency, they need to implement an accounting system. ERP oddo is one solution that SMEs can use to integrate all company data into the business process. Implementing ERP oddo aims to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the purchasing process that the system has not integrated. This research method is descriptive qualitative, with the subject being Point Of Sale (PoS) in the purchase module. This study uses interview techniques and direct monitoring of the subjects or respondents of the survey. The primary data are obtained through interviews with the owner, and secondary data is obtained through literature studies related to the research object. The results of this study inform that implementing the Odoo ERP system is the right step to increase business efficiency.
