Work Life Balance di Era Pandemi: Pengaruhnya terhadap Kepuasan Kerja

Tujuan
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji fenomena keseimbangan kerja (work life balance) ditengah kondisi pandemi yang banyak membawa perubahan. Perubahan tersebut sedikit banyak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku individu di tempat kerja.
Metodologi
Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi untuk menguji pengaruh work life balance di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan 180 responden dari pegawai negeri sipil di Indonesia.
Temuan
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keseimbangan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan individu di tempat kerja. Selain itu, persepsi dukungan organisasi memoderasi pengaruh keseimbangan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, semakin tinggi persepsi dukungan organisasi, pengaruh keseimbangan kerja terhadap kepuasan individu semakin besar ketika persepsi dukungan organisasinya tinggi.
Orisinilaitas
Penelitian ini melihat fenomena keseimbangan kerja pada pegawai negeri sipil yang merupakan salah satu profesi yang mengalami banyak perubahan selama pandemi. Kebijakan work from home menjadikan individu dalam instansi negeri sipil mengalami perubahan banyak perubahan.
Keterbatasan penelitian
Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel yang berasal dari satu jenis organisasi, penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan mampu memberikan gambaran yang lebih luas terhadap fenomena yang diteliti dengan menggunakan sampel yang lebih beragam.
Implikasi praktis
Kedepan akan semakin banyak organisasi yang menerapkan work from home sebagai dampak kemajuan teknologi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini relevan karena memberikan gambaran mengenai pengaruh keseimbangan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dukungan organisasi akan menjadi hal krusial di era tersebut.
