Abstract

ABSTRACT
This article aims to describe the existence of inclusive education in elementary schools today, such as the benefits and principles of learning. The implementation process in inclusive schools is quite complicated, starting from the existence of the children with special needs themselves up to the curriculum which must be harmonized in substance and its application. In addition to the problems mentioned above, there are still many things that need to be prioritized in this matter, including children with special needs, human resources, the curriculum, and the role of the community role whose must be optimized so that the existence of inclusive education in elementary schools can develop properly.
