PENINGAKATAN KOMPETENSI GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PERENCANAAN MELALUI WORKSHOP DI SLB MARSUDI PUTRA III SANDEN TAHUN 2017/2018

Abstract

This School Action Research aims to improve teacher competence in learning planning in SLB Marsudi Putra III Sanden through workshops conducted in the 2017/2018 school year. This research uses school action research derived from problems that arise in daily learning activities, so it is necessary to take action to improve the teaching and learning process at SLB Marsudia Putra III Sanden to make changes towards improvement. Research begins planning, action, observation / reflection and careful reflection. The target variable is the improvement of Learning planning competencies through Workshops for teachers. Through workshops can improve teacher competency in preparing teacher learning administration plans in SLB Marsudi Putra III Sanden. This is evidenced by the cycle I gained an average increase in scores from 49.79% to 61.45%, meaning there was an increase of 11.66%. So in this first cycle, the teacher is still in the less successful category because the average score is below 70%. This second cycle, an increase of 61.45%, to 72.91%, which means there is an increase of 11.46%. Obtaining an average score of 72.91% is included in both categories and has exceeded the minimum threshold of success.
