This research aims to determine the use of Artificial Intelligence technology in the formation of students' values ​​and character in social science learning. The research method used is qualitative research which focuses on description by analyzing the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the formation of students' values ​​and character in social studies learning. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The research results show that the challenge of artificial intelligence (AI) lies in values ​​and character, this can be demonstrated by the treatment and control of the management and use of AI-based applications. Artificial Intelligence (AI) helps teachers to create learning that is tailored to the individual needs of each student. Teachers can provide learning materials that are more suited to the interests, abilities and learning styles of each student so that it is hoped that students can develop their character. The existence of AI technology or artificial intelligence cannot replace educators in terms of character formation. Technology is only a tool, for this reason, the role of educators is to accompany students to form characters that have moral values ​​such as honesty, respect, responsibility, justice, cooperation, love of the country, ethics, and others.
