Fenomena Lemahnya Supply Chain Industri Pertahanan Dalam Konteks Nasionalisme

Abstrak
Pada dasarnya, Indonesia telah menerapkan metode Supply Chain dalam Industri pertahanan negara. Namun, masih ada kendala dalam implementasi rantai pasokan tersebut. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa supply chain industri pertahanan nasional untuk memperkuat Industri Pertahanan Nasional. Metode SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) merupakan analisa yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini. Kajian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan analisis terhadap optimalisasi implementasi supply chain industri pertahanan. Hasil analisis faktor internal diperoleh 4 aspek kekuatan dan 4 aspek kelemahan. Analisis hasil faktor eksternal diperoleh 4 aspek peluang dan 4 aspek ancaman. Analisis hasil matriks ditemukan bahwa strategi yang sesuai dengan kebijakan pelaksanaan supply chain industri pertahanan adalah strategi ST. Strategi ST terdiri dari penyesuaian kualitas produk, sinergitas dengan kualitas produk supplier dengan kualitas produk bahan baku yang baik, manajemen supply chain yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, peningkatan kualitas dan produktivitas secara terus-menerus.

Abstract
Basically, Indonesia has applied the Supply Chain method in the national defense industry. However, there are still obstacles in implementing the supply chain. This paper aims to analyze the supply chain of the national defense industry to strengthen the National Defense Industry. The SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) method is the analysis used in this paper. This research is designed to give an examination of supply chain optimization in the defense industry The investigation of internal components yielded four areas of strength and four areas of weakness. The results of the external factors analysis yielded four aspects of opportunities and four elements of threats.. The ST approach, according to the matrix results, is the one that is in line with the policy of implementing the defense industry supply chain. Adjusting product quality, synergy with supplier product quality with good quality raw material goods, supply chain management based on needs, and ongoing quality and productivity development are all part of the ST approach.
