Analisis Fasilitas pada Terminal Keberangkatan di Masa Pandemi Covid-19 (Studi di Bandar Udara Rahadi Oesman Ketapang)

Abstrak
Bandar Udara Rahadi Osman Ketapang yang terletak di Jalan Patimulah No. 4 Desa Kali Nilam, Kec. Delta Pawan Kabupaten Ketapang, Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Merupakan satu-satunya Bandar Udara di Kabupaten Ketapang yang membantu menghubungkan untuk menuju wilayah di luar Kabupaten Ketapang, yang melayani rute penerbangan pada daerah-daerah tertentu seperti seperti melayani rute penerbangan pada daerah Pontianak dan Semarang. Maskapai yang beroperasi pada Bandar Udara Rahadi Oesman, yaitu seperti maskapai Nam Air dan Wings Air. Bandar Udara ini termasuk Bandar Udara kelas II yang di kelola oleh UPT Ditjen Hubud. Memiliki luas hall keberangkatan 627 cm2 dan memiliki 2 chek-in counter dengan kursi ruang tunggu sebanyak 109 kursi untuk penumpang, serta memiliki fasilitas penunjang lainnya dimasa pandemi covid-19 ini. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode Observasi langsung kelapangan yaitu di Bandar Udara Rahadi Oesman Ketapang, melakukan suatu metode Wawancara kepada kepala Bandar Udara Rahadi Oesman Ketapang, dan juga petugas yang ada di bandar Udara Rahadi Oesman Ketapang, mendokumentasikan data-data yang dibutuhkan baik data yang ada dilapangan maupun data kegiatan perusahaan. Tahapan yang dilakukan dalam menganalisis data yaitu dengan menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa fasilitas yang ada di terminal keberangkatan sudah cukup memenuhi bandar udara kelas II dimasa pandemi covid-19 dan hanya terdapat beberapa kekurangan dalam fasilitas diarea terminal keberangkatan guna menunjang kegiatan penerbangan dimasa pandemi covid-19 ini dengan fasilitas bantuan lainnya bertujuan agar dapat mendukung berjalan lancarnya suatu kegiatan dalam bandar udara dengan lebih baik.

Abstract
Rahadi Osman Ketapang Airport, which is located at Jalan Patimulah No. 4 Kali Nilam Village, Kec. Delta Pawan, Ketapang Regency, West Kalimantan Province. Is the only airport in Ketapang Regency that helps connect to areas outside Ketapang Regency, which serves flight routes to certain areas such as serving flight routes to the Pontianak and Semarang areas. Airlines operating at Rahadi Oesman Airport, such as Nam Air and Wings Air. This airport is a class II airport which is managed by the UPT Directorate General of Hubud. Has a departure hall area of 627 cm2and has 2 checkin counters with 109 seats in the waiting room for passengers, and has other supporting facilities during this covid-19 pandemic. In this study, the researchers used qualitative research using the direct observation method of spaciousness, namely at Rahadi Oesman Ketapang Airport, conducting an interview method with the head of Rahadi Oesman Ketapang Airport, and also officers at Rahadi Oesman Ketapang Airport, documenting the data collected. both data in the field and data on company activities are needed. The steps taken in analyzing the data are by using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the existing facilities at the departure terminal are sufficient to meet class II airports during the covid-19 pandemic and there are only a few shortcomings in the facilities in the departure terminal area to support flight activities during the covid-19 pandemic with other assistance facilities aimed at can support the smooth running of an activity at the airport more good.
