Pengaruh Media Sosial Youtube Terhadap Pengembangan Karakter Sesuai Pancasila Dan Kewarganegaraan Di SMAN Wilayah Kota Kabupaten Jember

Abstrak
Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan media sosial youtube terhadap pengembangan karakter sesuai Pancasila dan kewarganegaraan di SMAN wilayah kota kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini dilakukan didsasarkan pada fenomena yang berkebang bahwa era industri 4.0 generasi milenial khususnya anak SMA dalam mengakses informasi pembelajaran menggunakan smart phone dengan fitur-fitur canggih seperti youtube. Agar penelitian ini tercapai dengan hasil maksimal maka perlu dipadu dengan pendekatan dan metode yang relevan yaitu kualitatif deksriptif analitis. Pendekatan dilakukan dengan kajian terhadap aktivitas sejumlah kelompok manusia dalam hal ini siswa SMAN yang sedang berlangsung dalam proses kegiatan pendidikan. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan dengan memperlakukan dirinya sebagai instrument utama yaitu bergerak dari hal-hal yang spesifik, dan dari tahapan yang satu ke tahapan berikutnya, serta memadukannya sedemikian rupa sehingga pada akhirnya dapat ditemukan kesimpulan-kesimpulan. Metode deskriptif analistis dilakukan dengan cara mendeskripsikan fakta-fakta yang didapat dari siswa SMAN wilayah kota kabupaten Jember yang kemudian akan disusul dengan hasil analisis yang menggambarkan data secara keseluruhan, sistematis, dan akurat. Oleh sebab itu secara umum teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini akan menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi, Agar memperoleh data yang optimal tentang pengaruh penggunaan media sosial youtube terhadap pengembangan karakter sesuai Pancasila dan kewarganegaraan di SMAN wilayah kota kabupaten Jember, maka penelitian ini dilakukan pada waktu semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2021/2022 dengan lokasi penelitian di SMAN 1, SMAN 2, SMAN 3, dan SMAN 4 Jember.

Abstract
This research is focused on describing the influence of the use of youTube social media on character development according to Pancasila and citizenship in SMAN in the Jember regency city area. This research was conducted based on the proud phenomenon that the industrial era 4.0 millennial generation, especially high school children, in accessing learning information using smart phones with advanced features such as Youtube. In order for this research to be achieved with maximum results, it needs to be combined with relevant approaches and methods, namely qualitative descriptive analytics. The approach is carried out by studying the activities of a number of human groups in this case high school students who are ongoing in the process of educational activities. The researcher uses an approach by treating himself as the main instrument, that is, moving from specific things, and from one stage to the next, and combining them in such a way that in the end conclusions can be found. The descriptive analytical method is carried out by describing the facts obtained from high school students in the Jember regency city area which will then be followed by the results of an analysis that describes the data as a whole, systematically, and accurately. Therefore, in general, the data collection technique in this study will use observation and documentation, in order to obtain optimal data on the influence of youtube social media use on character development according to Pancasila and citizenship in SMAN in the Jember regency city area, this research was conducted during the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year with the research location at SMAN 1, SMAN 2, SMAN 3, and SMAN 4 Jember.
