Abstract
Natural and Artificial Resources are part of National Resources which are transformed into regional logistics and strategic material reserves to be prepared as National Defense Supporting Components which can directly or indirectly be used to increase the strength and capabilities of Main Components and Reserve Components in the face of military threats that must be prepared early in the framework of the Development of the National Defense System, especially military defense. Rivers and irrigation facilities are one of the important elements in supporting the provision of regional logistics, especially in the agricultural sector in the form of food estates for food fulfillment. This paper is a qualitative research using a literature study approach where the data sources used are journals, articles, books and other relevant sources.
