Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Petugas Aviation Security di Bandar Udara Internasional Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok

Abstrak
Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada penurunan jumlah penumpang pesawat udara. Penurunan jumlah penumpang berdampak pada pendapatan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa penerbangan. Kondisi keuangan perusahaan yang sulit juga akan berpengaruh pada kebijakan perusahaan, sehingga terpaksa ada beberapa karyawan yang dirumahkan dan pengurangan gaji karyawan. Kondisi tersebut sedikit banyak akan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja petugas Avsec dan akibatnya akan berpengaruh pada kinerjanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) apakah ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Avsec Bandar Udara Internasional Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok. (2) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja Avsec Bandar Udara Internasional Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok. Penelitian ini mengunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 43 orang yaitu petugas Avsec di Bandar Udara Internasional Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana, uji t dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bahwa (1) motivasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bandar Udara Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok (2) seberapa besar pengaruh variabel motivasi dipengaruhi oleh variabel kinerja karyawan sebesar 34,4% dan sisanya 65,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model variasi variabel dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the decline in the number of airplane passengers. The decrease in the number of passengers has an impact on the income of companies engaged in aviation services. The company's difficult financial condition will also affect company policies, so that some employees are forced to be laid off and reduce employee salaries. This condition will more or less affect the work motivation of Avsec officers and consequently will affect their performance. This study aims to determine: (1) whether there is an effect of work motivation on the performance of Avsec employees at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport Lombok. (2) the effect of work motivation on the performance of Avsec International Airport Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Lombok. This study uses quantitative research with data collection techniques using questionnaires, the respondents in this study amounted to 43 people, namely Avsec officers at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid International Airport Lombok. The sampling technique used a saturated sample and data analysis used a simple linear regression test, t test and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results of this study are to find out that (1) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Zainuddin Abdul Madjid Airport Lombok (2) how much influence the motivation variable is influenced by employee performance variables by 34.4% and the remaining 65.6% is influenced by by other variables outside the variable variation model in this study.
