Pengelolaan Pendidikan Karakter Dalam Membangun Disiplin Peserta Didik di Sanggar Tari Karang Asih

Abstrak
Tujuan untuk penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengatahui perencanaan pendidikan karakter disiplin di Sanggar Tari Karang Asih. (2) Untuk mengatahui pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter disiplin di Sanggar Tari Karang Asih. (3) Untuk mengatahui hasil pendidikan karakter disiplin di Sanggar Tari Karang Asih. Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah penelitian yang telah dirumuskan, penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di sanggar tari Karang Asih. Subjek yang dipakai dipenelitian ini yaitu : (1) Sumber informasi yaitu satu orang pengelola sanggar dan satu orang pelatih; (2) Sumber informan yaitu dua orang peserta didik. Data penelitian diperoleh dari teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Tahapan-tahapan penelitian menggnakan tahapan orientasi, eksplorasi, dan member check. Analisis data yang digunakan menggunakan teknik kolesi data, redukasi data, display data, dan verifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa tujuan dari membangun karakter disiplin disanggar tari Karang Asih yaitu untuk melatih atau mengajarkan anak anak tentang tanggungjawab terhadap setiap apa yang mereka lakukan dan setiap apa yang menjadi pilihan mereka harus bisa mempertanggung jawabkannya, Strategi yang digunakan yakni dengan melakukan pendekatan terhadap anak anak. Alokasi waktu yang digunakan untuk pelatihan tari 2 hari yakni hari sabtu sore dan hari minggu pagi. selain itu ada media ajar yang digunakan yaitu infocus, laptop, sound, dan selendang. Metode yang digunakan adalah tutorial, tanya jawab, dan praktek. Hambatan yang dihadapi tidak terlalu serius. Pengentasan hambatan dilakukan dengan berdiskusi atau rembug bersama untuk menemukan jalan keluar secara bersama sama. Selanjutnya, Pelanggaran yang sering terjadi yakni siswa masih ada yang suka terlambat datang 5-10 menit, lalu untuk hukuman bervariasi mulai dari diingatkan, peneguran sampai hukuman yang paling berat yakni tidak diikutsertakan kedalam event tari. Dan untuk Teknik evaluasinya menggunakan Teknik non test, pelatih membersamai kegiatan peserta didik. Dari hasil pengamatan dan pencatatan hasil penilaian menjadi dasar awal untuk Rencana Tindak Lanjut.

Abstract
The aims of this research are: (1) To know the planning of discipline character education in Karang Asih Dance Studio. (2) To find out the implementation of disciplined character education in the Karang Asih Dance Studio. (3) To find out the results of disciplined character education at the Karang Asih Dance Studio. To answer the formulation of the research problem that has been formulated, the author uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. This research was conducted at the Karang Asih dance studio. The subjects used in this research are: (1) The source of information is one studio manager and one trainer; (2) Sources of informants are two dance participants. The research data were obtained from observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The research stages use the orientation, exploration, and member check stages. Analysis of the data used using data collection techniques, data reduction, data display, and verification. The results of the study indicate that the purpose of building disciplined character in the Karang Asih dance studio is to train or teach children about responsibility for what they do and what they choose to be responsible for. The strategy used is to approach children child. The allocation of time used for dance training is 2 days, namely Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. In addition, there are teaching media used, namely infocus, laptop, sound, and shawl. The method used is tutorial, question and answer, and practice. The obstacles faced are not too serious. Alleviation of obstacles is done by discussing or discussing together to find a way out together. Furthermore, the violations that often occur are that there are still students who like to be late for 5-10 minutes, then the punishments vary from being reminded, reprimands to the most severe punishment, which is not being included in the dance event. And for the evaluation technique using a non-test technique, the trainer accompanies the students' activities. From the results of observations and recording of the results of the assessment, it becomes the initial basis for the Follow-up Plan.
