Analisis Penerapan E-Marketing pada Pangsa Pasar PT. Whitesky Aviation

Abstrak
Perubahan zaman dan teknologi membuat semua sektor mengalami perubahan setrategi marketing untuk mendapatkan pangsa pasar yang luas. Perusahaan zaman sekarang yang tidak memanfaatkan teknologi akan kalah dengan perusahaan yang memanfaatkan E-marketing. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui E-marketing yang sedang diterapkan pada PT. Whitesky Aviation, dan mengetahui E-marketing yang diterapkan dapat memberikan andil kepada pangsa pasar PT. Whitesky Aviation. Penulis menerapkan metode kualitatif. Data yang didapat dari tiga narasumber PT. Whitesky Aviation, melakukan pengamatan observasi berperan serta di divisi marketing, dokumentasi data pelanggan dalam periode, serta informasi yang diterima pelanggan terkait PT. Whitesky Aviation, dan foto saat pembuatan konten serta hasil jadi dalam sosial media perusahaan. Validitas tentu dilakukan guna menjamin ke absahan data temuan. Penelitian ini membuahkan hasil bahwa penerapan dan adaptasi melakukan E-marketing sangat mempengaruhi pangsa pasar PT. Whitesky Aviation. Banyak keuntungan bagi perusahaan yaitu dari segi brand awareness lebih luas, kemudahaan pelanggan dalam mendapat informasi, peningkatan pelanggan, serta perusahaan dapat memilih saluran yang efisien dan efektif terkait jasa layanan yang ditawarkan sesuai dengan market dibidik.

Abstract
Changes in times and technology make all sectors experience changes in marketing strategies to gain a broad market share. Today's companies that do not use technology will lose out to companies that use E-marketing. The purpose of this study is to determine the E-marketing that is being applied to PT. Whitesky Aviation, and knowing that the applied E-marketing can contribute to the market share of PT. Whitesky Aviation. The author applies a qualitative method. The data obtained from three sources of PT. Whitesky Aviation, conducted observations of participation in the marketing division, documentation of customer data in the period, as well as information received by customers regarding PT. Whitesky Aviation, and photos of the creation of content and the finished product on the company's social media. Validity is certainly done to ensure the validity of the data findings. This research resulted that the implementation and adaptation of E-marketing greatly affected the market share of PT. Whitesky Aviation. There are many advantages for the company, namely in terms of wider brand awareness, the ease of customers in obtaining information, increasing customers, and the company can choose efficient and effective channels related to the services offered in accordance with the targeted market.
