Peran E-Leadership dan E-Culture di Era Digital

AbstrakTransformasi ini sangat penting bagi organisasi untuk tetap kompetitif di lingkungan pasar digital, yang penuh dengan disrupsi digital.Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian studi literatur tentang peranan leadership dan organizational culture yang telah ikut terdisrupsi di era digitalisasi abad ke-21. Peranan leadership dan organizational culture telah bergeser menjadi E-Leadership dan E-Culture yang mewajibkannya merubah sistem tradisional menjadi modern untuk dapat terus bertahan diabad ini. Para pemimpin disemua bidang juga memanfaatkan fasilitas media sosial seperti Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok dan lain-lain untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Dalam penelitian ini mencari dimensi dan indikator bagi para leadership agar mampu memahami faktor-faktor yang diperlukan guna menunjang pekerjaan selaku pemimpin. Pada penelitian ini menghasilkan masing-masing 4 dimensi dengan 8 indikator baik untuk variabel e-leadership serta 4 dimensi dengan 25 indikator untuk e-culture yang dapat digunakan dalam kesimpulan tulisan ini.Kata Kunci: e-leadership, e-culture, era digital, disrupsi, media sosial

Abstract
This transformation is critical for organizations to remain competitive in the digital market environment, which is fraught with digital disruption. This research is a type of literature study research on the role of leadership and organizational culture that has been disrupted in the era of digitalization in the 21st century. The role of leadership and organizational culture has shifted to E-Leadership and E-Culture which requires it to change the traditional system to modern to be able to survive in this era. Leaders in all fields also utilize social media facilities such as Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and others to achieve organizational goals. In this study, we looked for dimensions and indicators for leadership to be able to understand the factors needed to support their work as leaders. This study produced 4 dimensions each with 8 good indicators for the e-leadership variable and 4 dimensions with 25 indicators for e-culture that can be used in the conclusion of this paper.
