Abstrak
Pencapaian tujuan belajar secara tuntas merupakan harapan setiap guru. Beberapa faktor penentu dalam tujuan tersebut yaitu siswa, guru, fasilitas serta suasana yang kondusif harus bersinergi, agar harapan ini dapat tercapai. Adapun faktor yang aktif yang sangat berperan adalah faktor guru. Guru merupakan faktor kunci dalam pembelajaran. Sebagai fasilitator, motivator, bahkan motor penggerak pembelajaran untuk selalu mengaktualisasikan diri dalam hal melaksanakan pembelajaran dengan sebaik-baiknya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah kajian kajian literatur ilmiah. Salah satu hal penting yang harus tetap diperhatikan guru dalam pembelajaran adalah menerapkan teknologi pendidikan dalam pembelajaran, khususnya mata pelajaran Agama Kristen. Adapun penerapan tersebut mencakup:

Abstract
The complete achievement of learning goals is the hope of every teacher. Several determining factors in achieving this goal, namely students, teachers, facilities and a conducive atmosphere must synergize, so that this hope can be achieved. The active factor that plays a very important role is the teacher factor. Teachers are a key factor in learning achievement. As facilitators, motivators, and even the driving force of learning, it is required to always actualize yourself in terms of carrying out learning as well as possible. The method used in this writing is a qualitative review of the scientific literature. One of the important things that teachers must still pay attention to in learning is to apply educational technology in learning, especially Christianity subjects. The implementation includes: (1) Application of Domain Design, (2) Application of Domain Development (Development), 3) Application of Domain Use (Utilization), (4) Application of Domain Management, (5) Application of Domain Evaluation.
