Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyse human rights in relation to the issue of women's rights in the
Islamic world. This research is important because human rights are an integral part of the overall order of Islamic teachings. Meanwhile, one of the human rights issues that is often debated in the Islamic world is the issue of women's rights. A qualitative method with a descriptive approach was used to analyse the data. The  source  of  the research  data  was  obtained from  library materials  after  seriously  studying various relevant literatures related to human rights and women's rights issues in the Islamic world. This study finds that Islam has actually regulated the rights of women, both their rights as human beings and their rights as women. This arrangement makes the implementation of women's rights in the Islamic world recently shows a significant development. However, in practice there are still distortions. This finding leads the researcher to a conclusion that the issue of women's human rights remains one of the most complex and controversial social problems in the Islamic world. Thus, this study suggests that this issue should receive serious attention from all Muslim governments in the World.
