Analisis Kinerja Operator Ground Support Equipment (GSE) dalam Menjaga Keamanan dan Keselamatan Penerbangan di Bandar Udara Internasional Lombok Nusa Tenggara Barat

Abstrak
 Kurang optimalnya para operator GSE terkait proses pelayanan yang diberikan seperti sering terjadi keterlambatan baik pada saat penanganan bongkar muat bagasi maupun peralatan yang rusak. Ada pula salah peletakan barang yang disebabkan oleh para operator GSE yang kurang teliti. Oleh karena itu peneliti bertujuan untuk meniliti 1) kinerja operator GSE dalam menjaga kemanan dan keselamatan penerbangan di Bandar Udara Internasional NTB 2) Cara mengatasi faktor penghambat kinerja operator GSE dalam menjaga kemanan dan keselamatan penerbangan di Bandar Udara Internasional NTB. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tehnik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tehnik keabasahan data yang gunakan oleh peneliti yaitu triangulasi dan tehnik analisis data yang peneliti gunakan yaitu pengupulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa 1) Ground Support Equipment (GSE) dapat dilihat dari kualitas, kuantitas dan ketepan waktu, hal ini menunjukan bahwa kinierja GSE di bandar udara internasional lombok dalam menjaga keamanan dan keselamatan di bandara lombok sudah berjalan dengan lancar dan benar susai dengan Standar Operational Prosedur (SOP) dan Sistem Manajment Keselamatan (Safety Management Seselamatan) 2) Operator Ground Support Equipment (GSE) melalukan daily check sheet di pagi hari agar memastikan peralatan yang akan digunakan tidak memiliki kendala dan siap digunakan. Melakukan pengecekan atau prepare pada alat terlebih dahulu agar tidak ada kendala atau hambatan disaat melakukan pengoprasian alat di apron.

Abstract
 The GSE operators are less than optimal regarding the service process provided, such as frequent delays in handling baggage loading and unloading or damaged equipment. There is also a misplacement of goods caused by the GSE operators who are not careful. Therefore, the researcher aims to examine 1) the performance of GSE operators in maintaining flight safety and security at NTB International Airport 2) How to overcome the factors that hinder the performance of GSE operators in maintaining flight security and safety at NTB International Airport. This study uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. The data validity technique used by the researcher is triangulation and the data analysis technique that the researcher uses is data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that 1) Ground Support Equipment (GSE) can be seen from the quality, quantity and punctuality, this shows that the performance of GSE at the Lombok international airport in maintaining security and safety at the Lombok airport has been running smoothly and correctly after Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) and Safety Management System 2) Ground Support Equipment (GSE) operators perform daily check sheets in the morning to ensure that the equipment to be used has no problems and is ready for use. Check or prepare the tools beforehand so that there are no obstacles or obstacles when operating the tools on the apron.
