Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Think Pair Share Untuk Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Buku Teks Fiksi dan Teks Nonfiksi Peserta Didik Kelas VIII D SMP Negeri 3 Sewon Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar bahasa Indonesia pada materi buku teks fiksi dan teks nonfiksi peserta didik kelas VIII D SMP Negeri 3 Sewon tahun pelajaran 2021/2022 Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas terdiri atas dua siklus. Setiap siklus mengikuti tahapan model Kemmis dan Taggart yang meliputi empat komponen yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini merupakan hasil kegiatan terkait pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan model Think Pair Share. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan non-tes dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, penggunaan model Think Pair Share pada kegiatan pembelajaran materi buku teks fiksi dan nonfiksi dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa, persentase ketuntasan belajar siswa, aktivitas belajar siswa, dan aktivitas guru dalam proses pembelajaran.

Abstract
This study aims to determine whether the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model can improve Indonesian language learning achievement in fiction and non-fiction textbook material for class VIII D students of SMP Negeri 3 Sewon in the 2021/2022 academic year. consists of two cycles. Each cycle follows the stages of the Kemmis and Taggart model which includes four components, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data collected in this study is the result of activities related to the implementation of learning with the Think Pair Share model. Data collection techniques used test and non-test techniques with quantitative and qualitative descriptive approaches. The results showed that the use of the Think Pair Share model in learning activities for fiction and non-fiction textbooks could improve student achievement, the percentage of student learning completeness, student learning activities, and teacher activities in the learning process.
