Pandangan Yuridis Terhadap Tanggung Jawab Profesionalisme Pejabat Akta Tanah Atas Pensertifikatan Tanah Milik Adat

AbstrakHasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendaftaran hak atas tanah masyarakat hukum adat, tanggung jawab pejabat pembuat akta tanah, PPAT terbatas pada kewajiban untuk mendaftarkan dan menyerahkan akta tersebut. berikut dokumen yang berhubungan dengan peralihan hak atas tanah, sedangkan untuk biaya pensertifikatan bukan tugas dan tanggung jawab PPAT, melainkan terserah kepada pihak yang bersangkutan, apabila akta berikut dokumen ini telah diterima oleh Kantor Pertanahan. Dalam hal ini PPAT dinyatakan tidak ikut terlibat dikarenakan PPAT hanya diberikan wewenang membuat suatu akta dari bukti yang diberikan oleh para pihak.

Abstract
The results showed that the registration of land rights of indigenous peoples, the responsibility of the land deed-making official, PPAT is limited to the obligation to register and submit the deed. the following documents related to the transfer of land rights, while the cost of certification is not the duty and responsibility of the PPAT, but is up to the party concerned, if the deed following this document has been received by the Land Office. In this case, PPAT is declared not to be involved because PPAT is only given the authority to make a deed from the evidence provided by the parties.
