Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Etos Kerja dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Dokter Rumah Sakit Permata Cirebon

Abstract
The doctor was among the elements of the human resources in the service of the hospital. This is understandable because almost all the people who visited the hospital always wants to meet with doctors in an attempt to find a cure or a consultation about the illness he suffered, so it would be very influential physician performance against the quality of the health service (Ministry of health of INDONESIA, 2014). One alternative to improve the quality of service on performance and customer satisfaction in the region of Permata Cirebon Hospital then need to do research to find out what Influence the motivation to work, work ethic And job satisfaction Towards Hospital Physician Performance. The purpose of this research is to improve the quality of service at Permata Cirebon Hospital. Based on the indicators of success that is composed of dependent variable and independent variable. On the dependent variable includes the motivation to work, work ethic and job satisfaction. Whereas in independent variable to include the performance of doctors. Together, these three variables (dependent variable) which examined contributing influence of 56.9% against the performance of Physicians in Permata Cirebon Hospital. Of these three variables are examined, it can be noted that the factors of job satisfaction is the most influential factor. Then the next factor is the motivation of the work, and the last is work ethic.

Abstrak
Dokter merupakan salah unsur sumberdaya manusia dalam pelayanan di rumah sakit. Hal ini dapat dipahami karena hampir semua masyarakat yang berkunjung ke rumah sakit selalu ingin bertemu dengan dokter dalam upaya mencari kesembuhan atau konsultasi tentang penyakit yang dideritanya, sehingga kinerja dokter akan sangat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas layanan kesehatan (Kementerian Kesehatan RI, 2014). Salah satu alternatif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kinerja dan kepuasan pelanggan di wilayah kerja RS. Permata Cirebon maka perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui apa Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Etos Kerja Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Dokter Rumah Sakit Permata Cirebon. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan di Rumah Sakit Permata Cirebon. Berdasarkan indikator keberhasilan yaitu terdiri dari variable bebas dan variable terikat. Pada variable bebas meliputi motivasi kerja, etos kerja dan kepuasan kerja. Sedangkan pada variable terikat meliputi kinerja dokter. Secara bersama-sama, ketiga variabel (pada variable bebas) yang diteliti memberikan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 56,9 % terhadap Kinerja Dokter di Rumah Sakit Permata Cirebon. Dari ketiga variabel yang diteliti, dapat diketahui bahwa faktor Kepuasan Kerja adalah faktor yang paling berpengaruh. Kemudian faktor berikutnya adalah motivasi kerja, dan terakhir adalah etos kerja.
