IMPLEMENTASI POLITICAL WILL PEMERINTAH DALAM PENERIMAAN SISWA INKLUSI DI SMP PGRI KASIHAN BANTUL

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan 1) untuk mengetahui Implementasi Political Willl Pemerintah Dalam Penerimaan Siswa Inklusi di SMP PGRI Kasihan Bantul., 2) Untuk mengetahui Standar Penentuan Nilai Kenaikan dan Kelulusan Siswa Inklusi, 3) Untuk mengetahui Pendampingan Guru Dikelas Terhadap Siswa Inklusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan sumber data 10 orang yaitu Kepala sekolah, 2 orang guru, seorang Tata usaha dan 6 siswa inklusi. Hasil Penelitian adalah 1) SMP PGRI Kasihan menerima siswa inklusi sudah lebih dari tiga tahun terakhir iuntuk dapat diterima sesuai dengan kelas reguler. Siswa inklusil Namun pihak guru ada yang harus bersabar dan ektra dalam membantu proses belajar mengajar agar bisa mendapatkan nilai KKM. Pihak sekolah juga menerima bantuan dari pemerintah dengan memberikan bea siswa dan tambahan uang saku pada guru yang mengajar lebih khusus.. siswa inklusi biasanya memang memiliki kekurangan dalam inteltual dan lebih suka ribut dikelas, dibandingkan anak reguler. 2) Standar Penentuan Nilai Kenaikan dan Kelulusan Siswa Inklusi harus Memenuhi Nilai Kreteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM) agar dapat naik kelas dan dinyatakan lulus, 3) Pendampingan guru dikelas terhadap siswa inklusi adalah Guru yang telah mengikuti pelatihan secara komprehensif. dan Guru Pendidikan Khusus yaitu guru berijazah minimal diploma empat atau Sarjana Pendidikan Khusus atau Pendidikan Luar Biasa.

AbstractThis research aims at 1) revealing the implementation of Political Will on inclusive freshmen in PGRI Junior High School Kasihan Bantul, 2) revealing the standard of graduation, 3) revealing the teacher’s guidance to the inclusive students. This is a qualitative research with 10 data sources such as the headmaster, 2 teachers, an academic employee and 6 inclusive students. The results of this research are 1) The Junior High School of PGRI kasihan has accepted the freshmen for these 3 years. There are some students that can pass the exam successfully. However, some teachers need to be more patient to help other students, so that they can pass the exams. School also accepts funds from government to be used as scholarships for students and extra payment for teachers who teach and guide more. The inclusive students have less intellectuality and tend to be noisier in the classroom, compared to the regular students. 2) The students are required to fulfill the standard of graduation tests, 3) The competent teachers are the ones who will guide the inclusive students. They should hold the undergraduate title on special education.
