Pengaruh Model Penugasan Guru Dalam Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh dan Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Siswa Sekolah Dasar

Abstrak
Pandemi Covid-19 menjadikan pembelajaran di sekolah terhambat. Utamanya dalam penugasan dan penanaman kecerdasan emosional peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model penugasan guru pada masa pembelajaran jarak jauh dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap prestasi be;ajar siswa SD di Kecamatan Muntilan. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di Sekolah Dasar di wilayah Kecamatan Muntilan dan dilaksanakan pada semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2021/ 2022. Dari hasil analisis data statistik yang dilakukan, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara penugasan guru pada pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan prestasi belajar siswa dengan besarnya pengaruh yaitu sekitar 75,72%. Disamping itu, diketahui pula bahwa kecerdasan emosional siswa dan prestasi belajar memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan besar pengaruh sekitar 21,22%. Sementara itu, model penugasan guru dan kecerdasan emosional memiliki pengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap prestasi belajar siswa sebesar 93,6%, dan 6,4%nya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Saran yang dapat peneliti sampaikan dalam penelitian ini antara lain; agar penelitian ini dapat dijadikan bahan masukan dan informasi bagi kepala sekolah untuk senantiasa berupaya meningkatkan penugasan guru dan kecerdasan emosionalnya guna meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di lembaga yang dipimpinnya. Kedua, sebagai bahan masukan dan informasi bagi guru agar guru selalu berinovasi dalam melaksanakan tugas dan kewajibannya sebagai pendidik, serta menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan guru sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Yang terakhir, untuk menambah perbendaharaan dan memperkaya informasi dalam hal model penugasan guru, kecerdasan emosional dan prestasu belajar siswa yang dipakai sebagai data pembanding atau rujukan dengan menambah variabel lain yang sekaligus dapat menyempurnakan penelitian ini.

Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic has hampered learning in schools. Primarily in assignments and cultivating students' emotional intelligence. This research is quantitative research which aims to determine the effect of the teacher assignment model during the distance learning period and emotional intelligence on the learning achievement of elementary school students in Muntilan District. The location of this research was at an elementary school in the Muntilan District area and was carried out in the odd semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. From the results of the statistical data analysis carried out, it was concluded that there was a relationship between teacher assignments for distance learning and student learning achievement with the magnitude of the influence, namely around 75.72%. Apart from that, it is also known that students' emotional intelligence and learning achievement have a positive and significant relationship with a large influence of around 21.22%. Meanwhile, the teacher assignment model and emotional intelligence have a joint influence on student learning achievement of 93.6%, and 6.4% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this research. Suggestions that researchers can convey in this research include; so that this research can be used as input and information for school principals to always strive to improve teacher assignments and emotional intelligence in order to improve student learning achievement in the institutions they lead. Second, as input and information for teachers so that teachers always innovate in carrying out their duties and obligations as educators, as well as increasing teachers' insight and knowledge so that they can improve the quality of learning in schools. Lastly, to add to the repertoire and enrich information in terms of teacher assignment models, emotional intelligence and student learning achievements which are used as comparative or reference data by adding other variables which can also improve this research.
