Abstrak
Penelitian ini berfokus pada beban administrasi Dinas Koperasi UMKM Provinsi Jawah Tengah, UMKM sangat berpengaruh terhadap pemasukan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyrakat Jawa Tengah, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik penulisan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukan upaya mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal melalui sektor Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), Dinas Koperasi UMKM Provinsi Jawa Tengah dihadapkan pada tantangan kompleks yang terkait dengan beban administratif. Data menunjukkan bahwa sementara UMKM berkontribusi signifikan terhadap PDB daerah, sejumlah kendala, terutama terkait regulasi, sumber daya, dan pemanfaatan teknologi, perlu diatasi. Regulasi dan birokrasi yang kompleks menyulitkan pelaku UMKM, menandai urgensi penyederhanaan prosedur perizinan. Dengan melibatkan pihak swasta dan mengoptimalkan penggunaan teknologi informasi.

Abstract
This research focuses on the administrative burden of the Central Java Province UMKM Cooperative Service. MSMEs greatly influence the economic income and welfare of the people of Central Java. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with literature study writing techniques. The research results show that in efforts to support local economic growth through the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector, the Central Java Province MSME Cooperative Service is faced with complex challenges related to administrative burdens. Data shows that while MSMEs contribute significantly to regional GDP, a number of obstacles, especially related to regulations, resources and use of technology, need to be overcome. Complex regulations and bureaucracy make things difficult for MSMEs, highlighting the urgency of simplifying licensing procedures. By involving the private sector and optimizing the use of information technology.
