Mencegah Kekerasan Dalam Lingkungan Sekolah Menengah Atas Menurut Undang Undang Nomor 35 Pasal 54 Tahun 2014

Abstract
A positive and safe school environment is important for students and for their learning activities in school. A positive environment may as well help a child growing into positive individual. Whereas violence in school is harmful for both students and schools. Which reducing violence in school is one way that the students could get a comfortable and safe learning process. This research aims to determine whether there is still violence happening in schools and ways to prevent violences in school in Jakarta.

Abstrak
Lingkungan sekolah yang positif dan aman merupakan suatu hal yang penting dengan berlangsungnya aktivitas belajar murid di sekolah. Lingkungan yang positif juga dapat membantu seorang anak tumbuh menjadi seseorang yang positif. Sedangkan kekerasan dalam sekolah adalah suatu hal atau kejadian yang merugikan bagi murid maupun sekolah. Sehingga mengurangi kekerasan dalam lingkungan sekolah adalah salah satu cara agar seorang anak mendapatkan proses pembelajaran yang nyaman dan aman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah masih ada terjadinya kekerasan dalam lingkungan sekolah SMA di Jakarta, dan cara untuk mencegah terjadinya kekerasan dalam lingkungan sekolah.
