Abstrak
Beban administrasi Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Jawa Tengah mencakup kewajiban dan tanggung jawab dalam mengelola aspek-aspek ketenagakerjaan dan transmigrasi sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum administrasi negara Indonesia. metode penelitian ini adalah hukum normatif dan studi pustka. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Dinas memiliki tanggung jawab mengelola berbagai aspek ketenagakerjaan dan transmigrasi, termasuk pemantauan penerapan peraturan ketenagakerjaan dan pelaksanaan program transmigrasi. Dinas terlibat dalam pembinaan dan pengawasan terhadap usaha dan investasi di sektor ketenagakerjaan, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi dan memberikan bimbingan kepada pelaku usaha. Sebagai bagian dari administrasi negara, Dinas memiliki beban administratif untuk menyusun laporan berkala tentang kinerja dan melakukan koordinasi dengan instansi terkait untuk menjaga keterpaduan dan efisiensi dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya. Dalam hal ini, Dinas memiliki peran strategis dalam menjalankan tugasnya untuk memberikan pelayanan yang efisien dan mendukung pembangunan yang berkelanjutan di Provinsi Jawa Tengah.

Abstract
The administrative burden of the Central Java Province Manpower and Transmigration Service includes obligations and responsibilities in managing employment and transmigration aspects in accordance with the provisions of Indonesian state administrative law. This research method is normative law and literature study. The results of this research are that the Department is responsible for managing various aspects of employment and transmigration, including monitoring the implementation of employment regulations and the implementation of transmigration programs. The Department is involved in coaching and supervising businesses and investments in the employment sector, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing guidance to business actors. As part of state administration, the Department has the administrative burden of compiling periodic reports on performance and coordinating with related agencies to maintain integration and efficiency in carrying out its duties. This administrative burden must be carried by prioritizing the principles of state administrative law, including transparency, justice and the fulfillment of people's rights. In this case, the Department has a strategic role in carrying out its duties to provide efficient services and support sustainable development in Central Java Province.
