Abstrak

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan dan menganalisis Pengaruh Work Life Balance, Leader Member Exchange, dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Keterlibatan Karyawan Pada Perusahaan Ekspedisi J&T Cargo Kab. Temanggung. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 100 responden yang merupakan karyawan dari J&T Cargo Kab. Temanggung. Hasil uji instrumen penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa data dalam penelitian ini terbukti valid dan reliabel pada uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik menghasilkan model regresi yang tidak terjadi multikolinearitas, tidak terjadi gejala heterokedastisitas, dan data berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) work life balance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterlibatan karyawan, (2) leader member exchange berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterlibatan karyawan, (3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keterlibatan karyawan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of work life balance, leader member exchange, and job satisfaction on employee engagement at the J&T Cargo Expedition Company, Kab. Temanggung. The sample in this study was 100 respondents who were employees of J&T Cargo Kab. Temanggung. The test results of this research instrument stated that the data in this study was proven to be valid and reliable in the validity and reliability tests. The classical assumption test produces a regression model that does not occur multicollinearity, there are no symptoms of heteroscedasticity, and the data is normally distributed. The research results show that (1) work life balance has no significant effect on employee engagement, (2) leader member exchange has a significant effect on employee engagement, (3) job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee engagement.
