Abstrak

Hak Pensiun sangat penting dalam menggerakkan perekonomian karena selain menjamin kesejahteraan karyawan, juga membantu perkembangan sektor riil melalui investasi. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan jaminan keuangan bagi peserta bila mendapat resiko yang mengakibatkan peserta tidak mampu lagi bekerja karena sudah tua atau telah mencapai usia tidak produktif lagi untuk melaksanakan tugas pemerintahan yang diembankan kepada peserta atau jaminan keuangan bagi ahli warisnya apabila peserta tertimpa resiko kematian sebelum mencapai usia pensiun tertimpa resiko kematian ketika menjalani masa pensiun. Begitupun dengan perusahaan lalai menerapkan Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dapat merugikan karyawan, dapat mengalami luka ringan maupun berat, menjadi cacat permanen hingga yang paling terparah sampai berakhirnya kematian terhadap karyawan.

Abstract

Pension rights are very important in driving the economy because apart from ensuring employee welfare, they also help the development of the real sector through investment. This program aims to provide financial guarantees for participants if they face a risk that results in the participant being no longer able to work because they are old or have reached the age where they are no longer productive to carry out government duties entrusted to the participant or financial guarantees for their heirs if the participant is at risk of death before reaching retirement age is exposed to the risk of death during retirement. Likewise, if a company fails to implement Occupational Safety and Health (K3), it can be detrimental to employees, they can suffer minor or serious injuries, become permanently disabled or in the worst case result in the death of the employee.
