Pengakuan akan hak hak mengenai LGBT gencar terjadi di seluruh dunia. Komunitas atau penyandang LGBT ini terus mengangkat isu mengenai pelanggaran HAM yang berorientasikan akan seks dan gender . Kebiasaan semacam ini tidak hanya mengakibatkan masalah sosial tetapi juga masalah lain, yaitu  agama,  kesehatan,  dan hukum. Masalah itu menjadi perdebatan yang panjang antara yang mendukung  keberadaan  kaum LGBT dan yang melarang adanya kaum LGBT. Perdebatan atau diskusi juga belum menemukan titik temu yang maksimal untuk menyelesaikan perilaku yang  berbeda dari masyarakat Indonesia umumnya.

Abstract

Recognition of LGBT rights is happening all over the world. This COMMUNITY or LGBT people continue to raise issues regarding sex and gender oriented human rights violations. This kind of habit not only results in social problems but also other problems, namely religion, health, and law. The issue has been a long debate between those who support the existence of LGBT people and those who prohibit lgbt people. Debates or discussions have also not found the maximum meeting point to resolve different behaviors from indonesian society generally.
