Peer Review Policy

UBMJ uses a double-blind peer review process. Every submitted manuscript is first screened by the editorial team to ensure suitability and compliance with journal guidelines. Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are reviewed by at least two independent reviewers based on originality, methodological rigor, clarity, and contribution to the field. Review decisions include: accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject. Authors must respond to reviewer comments and submit revised manuscripts within the given deadline. The final publication decision is made by the Editor-in-Chief.
