Abstrak

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi peran serta Indonesia dalam perdamaian dunia dengan Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia sebagai landasan hukum. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran serta Indonesia dalam memperjuangkan perdamaian dunia, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi peran tersebut, serta mengevaluasi hasil yang telah dicapai. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-analitis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dari literatur, dokumen-dokumen, dan sumber-sumber terkait lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia telah aktif berperan dalam memperjuangkan perdamaian dunia melalui berbagai kebijakan dan diplomasi luar negeri. Namun, masih terdapat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi peran tersebut, seperti kurangnya sumber daya, posisi Indonesia dalam konstelasi global sebagai anggota tidak tetap PBB, dan pengaruh kepentingan-kepentingan tertentu. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya peran serta Indonesia dalam memperjuangkan perdamaian dunia dengan landasan hukum yang kuat, namun masih diperlukan upaya-upaya untuk memperbaiki implementasi peran tersebut.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of Indonesia's participation in world peace with the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia as the legal basis. The purpose of this study is to analyze Indonesia's participation in fighting for world peace, identify factors that influence the implementation of this role, and evaluate the results that have been achieved. The method used is descriptive-analytical with a qualitative approach. The data used in this study are secondary data from literature, documents, and other related sources. The results show that Indonesia has actively played a role in fighting for world peace through various foreign policies and diplomacy. However, there are still factors that influence the implementation of this role, such as lack of resources, Indonesia's position in the global constellation as a non-permanent member of the United Nations, and the influence of certain interests. The conclusion of this study is the importance of Indonesia's participation in fighting for world peace with a strong legal foundation, but efforts are still needed to improve the implementation of this role.
