JATVE is an open-access National journal that covers topics related to:

Peer Review Process

  1. The review process is carried out to ensure that the articles that are entered and received are only articles that are in accordance with the journal's focus and are the best articles. this process is carried out objectively at the core of publishing journals that are good and carried out by all leading scientific journals. Our reviewers play an important role in maintaining content standards and focus for all texts. The articles that are entered are reviewed following the procedure outlined below.

  2. The initial evaluation of the manuscript was carried out by the Editors, namely the First editor to evaluate all the manuscripts. Good and focused texts will be accepted, and those that are still not good will be returned for improvement. The text is rejected at this stage if it is less original (plagiarism) and is outside the focus and scope of the journal. Scientific articles that have bad grammar, writing procedures are not appropriate, and do not follow the template, the article is returned to be repaired. Those who meet the minimum criteria are usually forwarded to be examined by at least 2 reviewers.
  3. Review of journals using a double-blind review process. Where peer reviews and writers don't know each other. So that reviewers do not see articles subjectively.
  4. Reviewers are asked to evaluate: - What is the original text - Does the content match the focus and scope - Does it follow the code of ethics of article writing - Does it have clear results presented and supports conclusions, and; - Is using the correct reference.
  5. The time needed for the review process depends on the response of the reviewer. If the results of the two reviewers are different, then it is sought to most closely approach the opinions of other experts. But, if there are no differences, both are used. If the input from one of the reviewers is sufficient to convince the editor, then the decision at this stage is to accept, reject or ask the author to revise the draft. Editorial decisions will be sent to the author with recommendations made by the reviewer, which contains the results of comments from reviewers about the contents of the text. the revised text is returned to the editor, which is then evaluated for the final decision.
  6. In addition to commenting on the article script, the reviewer also gives advice to the editor, who is responsible for giving the final decision to accept or reject the article.

Publication Frequency

The journal of automotive technology vocational education is published twice a year.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Publication Ethics

The publication ethics which all authors need to be aware of:

 

  1. All texts must be the original work of the author and not plagiarism. A zero-tolerance approach will be made to the plagiarized text.
  2. The writing of the manuscript must be limited to authors who have made significant contributions.
  3. The author must correctly and accurately acknowledge the work of others.
  4. Authors must disclose any other financial or substantive conflicts of interest that can affect the results or interpretation of their texts and acknowledge individuals or organizations who have provided financial support for research.
  5. Authors can be asked to provide raw data in connection with the manuscript for editorial review and must be prepared to provide public access to the data if possible.
  6. All manuscripts must not be previously published, and are not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

 

The publication ethics which all editors need to be aware of:

  1. An editor at any time evaluates manuscripts for their intellectual content without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors.
  2. The editor and any editorial staff must not disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial advisers, and the publisher, as appropriate.
  3. Unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript must not be used in an editor's own research without the express written consent of the author.
  4. The editorial board of the journal is responsible for deciding which of the articles submitted to the journal should be published. The validation of the work in question and its importance to researchers and readers must always drive such decisions. The editors may be guided by the policies of the journal's editorial board and constrained by such legal requirements as shall then be in force regarding libel, copyright infringement and plagiarism. The editors may confer with other editors or reviewers in making this decision.
  5. The editor must ensure that each manuscript is initially evaluated by the editor for originality. The editor should organize and use peer review fairly and wisely. Editors should explain their peer review processes in the information for authors and also indicate which parts of the journal are peer-reviewed. The editor should use appropriate peer reviewers for papers that are considered for publication by selecting people with sufficient expertise and avoiding those with conflicts of interest.

 

The publication ethics which all reviewers need to be aware of:

  1. The peer-review process assists the editor in making editorial decisions, and through the editorial communications with the author, reviewers may also assist the author in improving the paper.
  2. Any selected referee/reviewer who feels unqualified to review the research reported in a manuscript or knows that its prompt review will be impossible should notify the editor and excuse himself/herself from the review process
  3. Reviews should be conducted objectively. Personal criticism of the author is inappropriate. Reviewers should express their views clearly with supporting arguments.
  4. Any manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents. They must not be shown to or discussed with others except as authorized by the editor.
  5. Privileged information or ideas obtained through peer review must be kept confidential and not used for personal advantage. Reviewers should not consider manuscripts in which they have conflicts of interest resulting from competitive, collaborative, or other relationships or connections with any of the authors, companies, or institutions connected to the papers.
  6. Reviewers should identify relevant published work that has not been cited by the authors. Any statement that an observation, derivation, or argument had been previously reported should be accompanied by the relevant citation. A reviewer should also call to the editor's attention any substantial similarity or overlap between the manuscript under consideration and any other published paper of which they have personal knowledge.

Article Processing Charges

This journal does not require Article Processing Charge, which includes submission fees, processing fees, additional page fees, and color fees, from the authors for each manuscript that has been submitted, processed, and published through the journal of automotive technology vocational education.
