KONSTRUKSI EDUKASI BAGI WARGA NEGARA MUDA PADA AKUN MEDIA SOSIAL TWITTER @asumsico

Abstrak
Media sosial kini menjelma menjadi sarana berbagi informasi bagi warga negara hingga dapat dikatakan sebagai sumber pengetahuan yang terstruktur. Informasi edukatif yang terdapat di media sosial juga turut melatih keterampilan seorang warga negara untuk mampu memilah konten yang berkualitas dan tidak. Media sosial Twitter banyak menyajikan konten edukatif melalui sebuah utas ataupun trending topic. Banyak segmen di media sosial Twitter yang dapat menjadi sumber edukasi informal bagi warga negara, termasuk edukasi perihal politik. Dari banyak akun media sosial yang memiliki konten politik dalam setiap cuitannya, Asumsi.co (@asumsico) merupakan salah satu akun twitter kekinian yang menyajikan konten politik serta isu-isu kenegaraan yang up to date. Melalui telaah studi literatur pada akun Twitter @asumsico, dapat disimpulkan bahwa konstruksi edukasi bagi warga negara pada akun Twitter @asumsico meliputi politik dan isu-isu aktual kenegaraan. Edukasi yang dimaksud disajikan melalui judul yang menggelitik, kemudian melalui sebuah hashtag dan utas. Fenomena ini menjadi sebuah pendidikan demokrasi di era digital (cyberdemokrasi) sekaligus sebagai sarana mengasah literasi digital warga negara. Â Namun demikian konstruksi edukasi warga negara di dunia digital perlu diimbangi dengan kematangan pemahaman yang didapat dari lembaga pendidikan secara umum.

Abstract
Social media is now transformed into a sharing information platform for citizens that can become a source of structured knowledge. Educational information contained on social media also trains the skills of citizen to be able to sort out quality content. Social media especially Twitter provides a lot of educational content through threads or trending topics. There are many segments on Twitter as social media that can become sources of informal education for citizens, including education about politics. One of many social media accounts that have political content in each of their tweets is @asumsico. This is one of the most recent Twitter accounts that presents up to date political content and actual states issues. Through a review of literature study on the @asumsico Twitter account, it can be concluded that construction of education for citizens on the @asumsico Twitter account are includes politics and actual state issues. That means education are presented through an encourage title, then through a hashtag and thread. This phenomenon has become a democratic education in the digital era (cyberdemocracy) as well as means of honing citizens' digital literacy. However, the construction of citizen education in the digital world needs to be balanced with the maturity of understanding obtained from educational institutions in general.
