PENERAPAN SIKAP DISIPLIN PADA SANTRI DAN SANTRIWATI DI PONDOK PESANTREN

Abstrak
Disiplin adalah salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan sebuah karakter yang dimiliki seorang anak, agar mereka mampu untuk lebih bertanggung jawab, hal ini tentunya bisa  membuat anak lebih teratur dan terarah serta dapat menjadikan anak lebih meningkatkan rasa tanggung jawab pada dirinya, serta diharapkan mampu tercapai dan diterapkan secara optimal. Dalam penelitian ini, permasalahan yang diteliti tentang bagaimana cara atau teknik dalam penerapan sikap disiplin agar santri atau santriwati mampu mengikuti aturan, faktor pendorong dan penghambat penerapan sikap disiplin, dan apakah santri atau santriwati lebih memiliki sikap disiplin dibandingkan dengan anak sekolah biasa. Dengan ini penelitian bertujuan untuk lebih mengetahui cara atau teknik dalam menerapkan sikap disiplin, faktor pendorong dan penghambat dalam penerapan, serta lebih disiplin manakah antara anak santri atau santriwati di pondok pesantren dengan anak sekolah biasa. Metode ini menggunakan metode penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan melakukan Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan metode menganalisis. Hasil dari analisis tersebut menunjukkan bahwa cara atau teknik dalam penerapan sikap disiplin adalah; dengan melakukan tindakan memberikan teguran apabila santri ataupun santriwati melakukan kesalahan. Faktor pendorong dan penghambat adalah faktor internal; kurangnya kesadaran dalam diri Pembina atau guru dan faktor eksternal; dukungan dari keluarga yang kurang. Penerapan sikap disiplin ini lebih menunjukan kedisiplinan manakah antara para santri atau santriwati dengan anak sekolah biasa; Sikap Disiplin dapat di terapkan kepada setiap individu apabila ia memiliki lingkungan yang memang mendukungnya, memiliki pembina yang memang  mengarahkan dan juga kesadaran dari dalam diri individu tersebut, jadi tidak ada jaminan bahwa para santri atau santriwati lebih displin daripada anak sekolah biasa begitu juga sebaliknya.

Abstract
Discipline is one of the efforts in improving a child's character, so that they are able to be more responsible, this can certainly make the child more organized and directed and can make the child further increase the sense of responsibility in him, and is expected to be achieved and applied optimally. In this study, the problems studied about how or techniques in the application of discipline attitudes so that students or students are able to follow the rules, driving factors and inhibitions of the application of disciplinary attitudes, and whether students or students have more discipline attitudes compared to ordinary school children. With this research aims to better know the ways or techniques in applying discipline attitudes, driving factors and inhibitions in the application, as well as more discipline which between students or students in boarding schools with ordinary school children. This method uses field research method by conducting data collection method using interview method, observation and analyzing method. The results of the analysis show that the way or technique in the application of discipline is; by taking the act of giving a reprimand if the students or students make mistakes. The driving and inhibitory factors are internal factors; lack of awareness in coaches or teachers and external factors; support from families who are lacking. The application of this discipline is more indicating which discipline between the students or students with ordinary school children; Discipline can be applied to each individual if he has an environment that does support him, has a coach who does direct and also awareness from within the individual, so there is no guarantee that the students or students are more disciplined than ordinary school children and vice versa.
