Pada kasus kopi sianida dengan terdakwa Jessica Kumala Wongso dalam hal ini Jessica adalah pihak yang mengundang teman lamanya yaitu Mirna dan Hani untuk bertemu di cafe olivier yang berada di salah satu tempat perbelanjaan di Jakarta. Sebagai seorang tamu Mirna dan Hani menghadiri undangan dari Jessica di cafe olivier. Selaku tuan rumah mengundang orang lain sebagai tamunya dengan maksud untuk mencelakai tamu tersebut merupakan perbuatan yang salah dan jelas menyalahi etika kesopanan dalam pergaulan. Hal ini berarti Jessica sudah menyalahi norma atau nilai-nilai yang berlaku dimasyarakat yaitu tidak memuliakan tamunya. Perbuatannya tersebut Jessica dijatuhi hukum penjara selama 20 tahun.

Abstract

In the case of cyanide coffee with defendant Jessica Kumala Wongso in this case Jessica is the party that invited her old friends Mirna and Hani to meet at olivier café located in one of the shopping centers in Jakarta . As a guest Mirna and Hani attended an invitation from Jessica at the olivier café. As the host invites others as his guests with the intention to harm the guest is a wrong act and clearly violates the ethics of decency in association. This means that Jessica has violated the norms or values that apply in society that is not glorifying her guests. Jessica was sentenced to 20 years in prison.
