PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MENYUSUN RPP PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF MELALUI PROGRAM SUPERVISI AKADEMIK BAGI GURU KELAS

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatan kompetensi menyusun RPP pembelajaran kooperatif melalui program supervisi akademik bagi guru kelas di SD Negeri 2 Selomarto Kecamatan Giriwoyo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah yang dilaksanakan sebanyak dua siklus. Tempat penelitian ini yaitu SD Negeri 2 Selomarto dengan jumlah subyek penelitian 6 orang guru kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi supervisi penyusunan RPP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Ada peningkatan kompetensi menyusun RPP melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif setelah dilakukan supervisi akademik. 2) Terdapat peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, serta 3) terdapat peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif dan mengimplementasikan dalam proses pembelajaran setelah dilakukan supervisi akademik. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa program supervisi akademik mampu meningkatkan kemampuan guru kelas dalam menyusun RPP model pembelajaran kooperatif.

Abstract
This study aims to improve the competence of preparing cooperative learning lesson plans through an academic supervision program for classroom teachers at SD Negeri 2 Selomarto, Giriwoyo District. This study used the School Action Research method which was carried out in two cycles. The place of this research is SD Negeri 2 Selomarto with 6 class teachers as research subjects. The data collection technique used was observation of the supervision of RPP preparation. The results showed that: 1) There was an increase in the competence of preparing lesson plans through cooperative learning models after academic supervision was carried out. 2) There is an increase in teacher competence in implementing the learning process, and 3) there is an increase in teacher competence in preparing lesson plans through cooperative learning models and implementing them in the learning process after academic supervision is carried out. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the academic supervision program is able to improve the ability of classroom teachers in preparing lesson plans for cooperative learning models.
