DAMPAK PEMBELAJARAN JARAK JAUH TERHADAP KEGIATAN KEBUDAYAAN MAHASISWA DALAM LINGKUNGAN PERGURUAN TINGGI DI INDONESIA

Abstrak
Indonesia adalah negara yang kaya akan kebudayaan tradisional, namun pada era modern ini, kebudayaan-kebudayaan tersebut tergeser oleh jenis kebudayaan yang lebih modern. Sebagai respon dari permasalahan tersebut, mahasiswa Indonesia bergerak dengan melakukan kegiatan kebudayaan pada lingkungan perguruan tinggi Indonesia. Namun, adanya pandemi COVID-19 menyebabkan sebagian besar perguruan tinggi di Indonesia menggunakan sistem pembelajaran jarak jauh, sehingga menghambat kegiatan kebudayaan mahasiswa dalam lingkungan perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Kegiatan ini meliputi pagelaran, pembelajaran kebudayaan, dan pementasan budaya yang ditujukan kepada massa kampus, masyarakat umum, hingga tingkat international. Dengan demikian, peneliti ingin mempelajari pengaruh pembelajaran jarak jauh terhadap kegiatan kebudayaan mahasiswa dalam lingkungan perguruan tinggi di Indonesia dengan sampel UKM kebudayaan Indonesia di ITB. Untuk mendapatkan data, peneliti menggunakan metode angket dan studi literatur. Dari hasil angket didapatkan data dari UKM MUSI ITB, KPA, UKM-ITB, dan UKMR. Didapatkan hasil bahwa pembelajaran jarak jauh membuat kegiatan - kegiatan kebudayaan yang biasa dilakukan UKM - UKM tersebut menjadi terhambat dan tidak efektif. Dalam situasi pembelajaran jarak jauh ini UKM-ITB dan UKMR beradaptasi dengan melakukan penampilan secara daring. KPA pun beradaptasi dengan melakukan penampilan dengan iAngklung secara daring.

Abstract
Indonesia is a country that has rich traditional culture. But in this era, those traditional cultures have been ruled out by more modern cultures. As a response to this problem, college students from all across Indonesia established many organisations to conserve the traditional culture of Indonesia in the university environment in Indonesia. However, COVID-19 pandemic causes most universities in Indonesia to use long distance learning, which hinder cultural activities in the university environment in Indonesia. These cultural activities include cultural performance, learning, and show for university students, general public, or international audience. Therefore, researchers want to study the effects of long distance learning on student cultural activities in higher education environments in Indonesia. The sample for this research is student’s cultural organisation in Bandung Institute of Technology, called UKM ITB. In this research, data is collected with questionnaires and literature study. The questionnaire collects data from UKM MUSI ITB, KPA ITB, UKM-ITB, and UKMR ITB. The data states that long distance learning causes cultural activities by these UKMs to be ineffective. In this long distance learning situation, UKM-ITB and UKMR adapted by doing online performance. KPA adapted by using iAngklung in doing online performance..
