Pengaruh Fasilitas Bagasi Berbayar Terhadap Kepuasan Penumpang Maskapai Wings Air Di Bandar Udara Komodo Labuan Bajo

Abstrak
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas bagasi berbayar maskapai wings air di bandar udara komodo Labuan bajo. Data dari penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 100 orang responden. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dan diuji menggunakan analisis uji regresi linear sederhana, uji t dan koefisien determinasi dengan alat bantu SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, yang mana fasilitas bagasi berbayar berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan penumpang maskapai wings air yang mana nilai signifikan X terhadap Y sebesar 0,00 yang berada di bawah tingkat signifikansi 0,05. Pengaruh yang yang dihasilkan bagasi berbayar terhadap kepuasan penumpang maskapai wings air sebesar 71,3% dan sisanya 28,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor atau variabel lain.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Wings Air's paid baggage facilities at Komodo airport in Labuan Bajo. The data from this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The data obtained were then processed and tested using simple linear regression analysis, t test and coefficient of determination with SPSS tools. The results of this study indicate that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, where the paid baggage facility has a significant effect on the satisfaction of Wings Air airline passengers where the significant value of X to Y is 0.00 which is below the 0.05 significance level. The effect of paid baggage on the satisfaction of Wings Air airline passengers is 71.3% and the remaining 28.7% is influenced by other factors or variables.
