Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan Perpustakaan Bintang Cemerlang di Kampung Maredan Barat Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik dokumen, observasi, dan wawancara. Sedangkan analisis dalam penelitian meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pengelolaan Perpustakaan Bintang Cemerlang Di Kampung Maredan Barat Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak belum berjalan secara optimal karena masih memiliki kekurangan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan dan ilmu pengetahuan mengenai pengelolaan Perpustakaan Bintang Cemerlang Kampung Maredan Barat Kecamatan Tualang Kabupaten Siak

Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of the Bintang Cemerlang Library in West Maredan Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency. This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach.  Data collection techniques in this study are document techniques, observations, and interviews. Meanwhile, the analysis in the study includes data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and triangulation. The results showed that the management of the Bintang Cemerlang Library in West Maredan Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency, has not run optimally because it still has shortcomings. The results of this study are expected to add insight and knowledge about the management of the Bintang Cemerlang Library, West Maredan Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency
