Abstrak

Generasi milenial saat ini sedang berada di tengah derasnya arus globalisasi barat. Nilai-nilai Pancasila seharusnya sudah terpatri dalam jiwa dan akal generasi milanial saat ini. Namun, nilai Pancasila sudah mulai terkikis salah satunya karena gempuran globalisasi. Cara menerapkan Pancasila sebagai pandangan hidup berbangsa dan bernegara bagi generasi milenial adalah dengan menerapkan Pancasila sebagai tuntunan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Itu artinya nilai yang terkandung dalam Pancasila menjadi kunci dalam mengatur tingkah laku dan sikap masyarakat. Mayarakat Indonesia harus mampu menghayati dan mengamalkan nilai-nilai kebenaran yang terkandung didalamnya. Jika nilai kebenaran tersebut tidak diamalkan, maka filsafat Pancasila sebagai ideologi bangsa tidak lagi memiliki manfaat. Penerapan nilai-nilai Pancasila bagi generasi milenial tidak bisa dilakukan dengan cara pemaksaan.

Abstract

The millennial generation is currently in the midst of the swift currents of western globalization. The values of Pancasila should have been imprinted in the soul and mind of the current millennial generation. However, the value of Pancasila has begun to erode, one of which is due to the onslaught of globalization. The way to apply Pancasila as a way of life as a nation and state for the millennial generation is to apply Pancasila as a guide in everyday life. That means the values contained in Pancasila are the key in regulating people's behavior and attitudes. The Indonesian people must be able to appreciate and practice the truth values contained therein. If the truth value is not put into practice, then the philosophy of Pancasila as the nation's ideology will no longer have any benefits. The application of Pancasila values for the millennial generation cannot be done by coercion.
