Pengaruh Lingkungan Belajar Terhadap Efikasi Diri Pada Mahasiswa Dalam Mengikuti Pembelajaran

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui baiknya lingkungan belajar pada mahasiswa, mengetahui tingkat efikasi diri pada mahasiswa, dan mengetahui pengaruh positif dan signitifikan Lingkungan Belajar Terhadap Efikasi Diri Pada Mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian yaitu ex-post facto dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Pendidikan Masyarakat 2020 sebanyak 39 Mahasiswa Pendidikan Masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan diperoleh tingkat Lingkungan Belajar Mahasiswa ditentukan oleh demografi jenis kelamin dan kelas dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) Lingkungan Belajar Mahasiswa berada pada nilai mean yang diperoleh sebesar 4,14 dengan taksiran tinggi, 2) Efikasi Diri Mahasiswa disimpulkan bahwa Efikasi Diri Mahasiswa berada pada tafsiran sangat baik dengan nilai mean yang diperoleh sebesar 4,25Â dengan taksiran tinggi, 3) terdapat hubungan yang positif yang signifikan antara variabel lingkungan belajar dengan efikasi diri. Artinya semakin tinggi lingkungan belajar akan semakin tinggi pula efikasi diri mahasiswa, 4) Terdapat pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap efikasi diri mahasiswa sebesar 47,0% sisanya ditentukan oleh variabel lain.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the good influence of learning environment for students, the level of self-efficacy and the positive and significant influence of the Learning Environment on Student Self-Efficacy. The type of this research is ex-post facto with a quantitative approach. The population of this study were the students of Public Education in the acedemic year of 2020 as many as 39 students. The results showed that the level of Student Learning Environment was determined by gender and class demographics. It could be concluded that 1) Student Learning Environment was at the mean value of 4.14 with a high estimate, 2) Student Self-Efficacy was concluded that Student Self-Efficacy was in the very good interpretation at the mean value of 4.25 with a high estimate, 3) there is a significant positive relationship between learning environment variables and self-efficacy. This means that the higher the learning environment, the higher the student's self-efficacy, 4) There is an influence of the learning environment on student self-efficacy by 47.0%, the rest is determined by other variables.
