Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru Menyusun RPP Dan Melaksanakan Proses Pembelajaran Melalui Supervisi Akademik Teknik Observasi

Abstrak
Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan supervisi akademik dengan teknik observasi kelas dapat meningkatkan kompetensi menyusun RPP dan melaksanakan proses pembelajaran bagi guru kelas V SD Binaan Kecamatan Nguntoronadi, Wonogiri Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Subjek penelitian guru kelas V sebanyak 13 orang. Kondisi awal diperoleh kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP dari 13 orang belum ada yang mencapai nilai A dan baru 23% guru memiliki kompetensi yang baik dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP mencapai kategori baik, yaitu sebanyak 13 guru dengan nilai rata-ratanya sebesar 87; 2) Kompetensi guru dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran yang mencapai kategori baik, sebanyak 12 guru atau 92% dengan nilai rata-ratanya sebesar 86; 3) kompetensi guru dalam menyusun RPP dan melaksanakan proses pembelajaran yang baik mencapai kategori baik, yakni sebanyak 13 guru atau 100% dengan nilai rata-ratanya sebesar 87.

Abstract
This Classroom Action Research aims to describe the application of academic supervision with classroom observation techniques that can improve competence in compiling lesson plans and carrying out the learning process for fifth grade teachers at the Elementary School assisted in Nguntoronadi District, Wonogiri Semester II for the 2018/2019 academic year. The research subjects for fifth grade teachers were 13 people. The initial condition is that teacher competence in preparing lesson plans from 13 people has not yet achieved an A grade and only 23% of teachers have good competence in carrying out learning. The results of this study are: 1) The competence of teachers in preparing lesson plans reached a good category, namely as many as 13 teachers with an average score of 87; 2) The competence of theachers in carrying out the learning process that reaches a good category, as many as 12 teachers or 92% with an average score of 86; 3) The competence of theachers in preparing lesson plans and implementing a good learning process reached the good category, namely as many as 13 teachers or 100% with an average score of 87.
