Penerapan New Normal dalam masa pandemik di Bandar Udara Supadio Pontianak ini akan menumbuhkan kembali minat pengguna jasa transportasi udara untuk kembali menggunakan jasa transportasi udara mengingat di Bandar Udara Supadio sempat mengalami penurunan akibat pandemi dan kemungkinan transportasi udara bisa menjadi klaster penularan Covid–19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui pengaruh penerapan kebijakan new normal dalam masa pandemi covid-19 terhadap minat pengguna jasa transportasi udara di Bandar Udara Supadio Pontianak, dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Adapun desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain peneltian kausal, yang berguna untuk menganalisis hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya atau bagaimana suatu variabel mempengaruhi variabel lainnya (Hasan, 2002). Hasil pengujian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara variabel penerapan kebijakan new normal terhadap minat pengguna jasa transportasi udara di Bandar Udara Supadio Pontianak. Hasil uji regresi linier sederhana 1,075 dan nilai signifikan 0,000. Besarnya pengaruh penerapan kebijakan new normal terhadap minat pengguna jasa di Bandar Udara Supadio Pontianak yaitu sebesar 90,6%. Disarankan bagi penerapan kebijakan new normal dalam masa pandemi covid-19 memperhatikan dan mengevaluasi penerapan kebijakan new normal, berdasarkan penelitian ini menunjukan dengan menerapkan kebijakan new normal yang membuat minat pengguna jasa transportasi udara akan menggunakan kembali. Peneliti selanjutnya, disarankan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dengan lebih memahami dan disiplin dalam menerapkan protokol kesehatan degan menanamkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan melalui kegiatan penyuluhan program protokol kesehatan covid-19. Hal ini juga agar dapat digunakan sebagai pembanding penelitian ini.

Abstract

The implementation of the New Normal during the pandemic at Supadio Pontianak Airport will rekindle the interest of air transportation service users to return to using air transportation services considering that Supadio Airport had experienced a decline due to the pandemic and the possibility that air transportation could become a cluster of Covid-19 transmission. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of implementing the new normal policy during the COVID-19 pandemic on the interest of air transportation service users at Pontianak Supadio Airport, using quantitative methods. The research design used is a causal research design, which is useful for analyzing the relationship between one variable and another or how one variable affects other variables (Hasan, 2002). The test results Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, there is a significant effect between the variables of implementing the new normal policy on the interest of air transportation service users at Pontianak Supadio Airport. The results of the simple linear regression test are 1.075 and the significant value is 0.000. The magnitude of the effect of implementing the new normal policy on the interest of service users at Pontianak Supadio Airport is 90.6%. It is recommended that the implementation of the new normal policy during the COVID-19 pandemic pay attention to and evaluate the application of the new normal policy, based on this research, it shows that by implementing the new normal policy, air transportation service users will use it again. Further researchers are advised to increase knowledge by better understanding and discipline in implementing health protocols by instilling understanding and knowledge through counseling activities for the COVID-19 health protocol program. This is also so that it can be used as a comparison for this research.
