Abstrak

Jika suatu aktivitas ekonomi menimbulkan dampak negatif maka perlu dilakukannya suatu intervensi pemerintah. Pemerintah bisa melakukan pemungutan pajak terhadap suatu kegiatan ekonomi yang menimbulkan eksternalitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa urgensi penerapan pajak karbon di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan studi pustaka dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari beberapa situs di internet dan jurnal internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi kebijakan tersebut mayoritas menunjukkan dampak yang signifikan bagi lingkungan dan penerimaan negara.

Abstract

If economic activity is negatively impacted, it is necessary to request government intervention. The government can collect taxes on an economic activity that causes externalities. This study analyzes the urgency of implementing a carbon tax in Indonesia. This research is a literature study using secondary data from several sites on the internet and international journals. The results showed that the implementation of the policy showed a significant impact on the environment and state revenues.
