Abstract
Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE) is the digitization of the ticketing process by utilizing technology that is expected to be more efficient and effective in the entire ticketing process and assist the police in administrative management. It is no secret that the practice of bribery in traffic operations often occurs, that is the reason the Indonesian police have implemented the E-ticket system and the ETLE system which are believed to reduce the practice of extortion (illegal fees) and bribes. The ticketing process is assisted by the installation of CCTV (Closed Circuit Television) cameras at every red light to monitor road conditions. Unlike the E-Tilang, ETLE law enforcement uses surveillance cameras or CCTV.
