Analisis Relevansi Kompetensi Lulusan Prodi Perbankan Syariah FEBI IAIN Langsa Terhadap Kebutuhan Dunia Kerja

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui relevansi kompetensi lulusan dengan kompetensi di dunia kerja dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar keterserapan lulusan di masyarakat kerja. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis deskriptif eksploratif. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Pendekatan ini digunakan untuk menjaring informasi, pendapat, data, dan masukan alumni tentang relevansi kurikulum Prodi Perbankan Syariah terhadap kebutuhan kerja. Teknis analisis statistic deskriptif yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui perhitungan mean atau rerata (M) atau pengukuran tendensi sentral, median (Me), dan modus (Mo). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh lulusan (alumni) dari Prodi Perbankan Syariah FEBI IAIN Langsa angkatan 2013. Sedangkan sampel diambil secara snowball sampling dengan memanfaatkan database jurusan tentang keberadaan alumni. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik angket, interview dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Prodi Perbankan Syariah, jumlah alumni angkatan 2014 yang telah lulus yaitu sebanyak 70 orang. Namun, tidak semua alumni telah mendapakan pekerjaan dan bahkan terdapat beberapa alumni yang telah memiliki pekejaan namun tidak sesuai dengan bidang ilmu yang ditempuhnya selama kuliah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lulusan yang memiliki bidang pekerjaan yang relevan sebanyak 63%, selebihnya bidang pekerjaannya tidak relevan.

Abstract
This study aims to determine the relevance of graduate competencies to competencies in the world of work and to find out how much absorption of graduates in the work community. This research belongs to the exploratory descriptive type. The approaches used in the research are qualitative and quantitative approaches. This approach is used to capture information, opinions, data, and alumni input on the relevance of the Islamic Banking Study Program curriculum to work needs. The technical descriptive statistical analysis used in this study is through the calculation of the mean or average (M) or the measurement of the central tendency, median (Me), and mode (Mo). The population in this study is all graduates (alumni) from the Sharia Banking Study Program FEBI IAIN Langsa class of 2013. Meanwhile, the sample was taken by snowball sampling by utilizing the department's database of alumni. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire techniques, interviews and documentation. Based on data obtained from the Sharia Banking Study Program, the number of alumni of the class of 2014 who have graduated is 70 people. However, not all alumni have gotten a job and there are even some alumni who already have work but are not in accordance with the field of knowledge they take during college. The results showed that 63% of graduates who have relevant fields of work, the rest of their fields of work are irrelevant.
