Abstrak
Antibiotik merupakan golongan obat keras yang hanya bisa didapatkan dengan resep dokter dan diperoleh di apotek. Jika dalam menggunakan antibiotik tidak memperhatikan dosis, pemakaian dan peringatan maka dapat menimbulkan efek yang berbahaya bagi tubuh. Center for Disease Control and Prevention in USA menyebutkan bahwa sekitar 50 juta peresapan antibiotik yang tidak diperlukan dari 150 juta peresepan setiap tahun. Menurut penelitian, 92% masyarakat Indonesia tidak menggunakan antibiotik secara tepat. Maksud Untuk mengetahui Studi pengetahuan ibu terhadap pemberian antibiotik pada anak di bawah 12 tahun Tk Ahlus Suffah Lingkungan Bone,Kelurahan Liwuto Kecamatan Kokalukuna Tahun 2022†Tujuan Untuk mengetahui Studi pengetahuan ibu terhadap pemberian antibiotik pada anak di bawah 12 tahun Tk Ahlus Suffah Lingkungan Bone,Kelurahan Liwuto Kecamatan Kokalukuna Tahun 2022. Metodologi Jenis penelitian non eksperimental (observasional), dengan rancangan penelitian metode survei menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2022. Populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu yang memiliki anak dibawah 12 tahun yang terdafatar sebagai siswa/siswi di TK Ahlus Suffah lingkungan Matanayo Kelurahan Liwuto Kecamatan Kokalukuna. Subjek penelitian ini adalah orang tua siswa/siswi. Hasil Penelitian Terdapat tingkat pengetahuan cukup sebanyak 6 responden (37,5%), sedangkan yang mempunyai pengetahuan yang kurang ada sebanyak 10 responden (62,5%), selanjutnya bisa disimpulkan bahwa pada tempat atau lokasi yang telah di teliti tersebut Tingkat Pengetahuan Responden akan pemahaman obat antibiotik masi dikatakan sangat kurang.

Abstract
Antibiotics are a group of hard drugs that can only be obtained with a doctor's prescription and obtained at pharmacies. If you don't pay attention to the dose, use, and warning in using antibiotics, it can cause harmful effects on the body. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in the USA states that about 50 million prescriptions of antibiotics are not needed out of 150 million prescriptions each year. According to research, 92% of Indonesians do not use antibiotics properly. Purpose: To find out the study mother's knowledge of giving antibiotics to children under 12 years of age at Ahlus Suffah Kindergarten in Bone, Liwuto Sub-district, Kokalukuna District in 2022. Liwuto, Kokalukuna District, 2022. Methodology This type of research is non-experimental (observational), with a survey method research design using a questionnaire. This research was conducted in March 2022. The population of this research is mothers who have children under 12 years old who are registered as students at Ahlus Suffah Kindergarten, Matanayo neighborhood, Liwuto Village, Kokalukuna District. The subjects of this study were the parents of students/students. Research Results in There is a sufficient level of knowledge among as many as 6 respondents (37.5%), while those who have less knowledge are as many as 10 respondents (62.5%), then it can be concluded that at the place or location that has been researched the Respondent's Knowledge Level will understanding of antibiotic drugs is still said to be very lacking.
