Dampak WFH Terhadap Interaksi Sosial Karyawan pada Perusahaan Y di Kota Yogyakarta

Abstrak
Pandemi COVID -19 yang melanda di seluruh dunia telah mempengaruhi berbagai aspek dalam kehidupan manusia, bebagai kebijakan diberlakukan untuk mengurangi penyebaran pandemic ini. Salah satunya adalah dengan memberlakukan WFH ( Work From Home). Yang mengakibatkan perubahan pola kerja dan interaksi yang terjadi pada pekerja baik formal maupun non formal. apalagi bagi karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan , dimana banyak sekali terjadi interaksi sosial baik antar karyawan, antar divisi, maupun saat bertemu dengan client. hal ini akhirnya menimbulkan berbagai macam dampak psikologis baik positif maupun negatif. positifnya karyawan dapat menjadi fleksibel dalam engatur kebiasan dan suasan kerja , sedangkan negatifnya jika itdak dikendalikan dengan baik dapt menimbulkan hilangnya motivasi, stress hingga burn out Penelitian ini betujuan untuk mengetahui efek psikologis yang terjadi pada karyawan selama WFH dilakukan , dan harapannya dalam artikel ini dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan dalam menjalankan / membuat protocol baru  dalam mempersiapkan new normal.

Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic that has swept across the world, has affected various aspects of human life. Various policies have been put in place to reduce the spread of this pandemic. One way is to enforce WFH (Work From Home). Which results in changes in work patterns and interactions that occur in workers both formal and informal. especially for employees who work in companies, where a lot of social interaction occurs between employees, between divisions, and when meeting with clients. this eventually causes a variety of psychological effects both positive and negative. the positive is that employees can be flexible in regulating work habits and conditions, while the negative if it is not controlled properly can lead to loss of motivation, stress and burn out. material consideration in running / making a new protocol in preparing for new normal
